After 3 months of hard work the 1st Lake has really changed. New swims built, a new island, lillies cut back and yes almost all of the floating algea bloom has gone, with just a few little pockets of it here and there, and a lot of the reeds cut back as well.

Today (13/06/03) saw the stocking also of 280 small carp ranging from a half pound to a pound and a half.These were made up of mostly commons with a good number of mirrors as well.
